Hello, I'm Brazilian and traveled to the United States in February 2020.
I ordered my Omega Juicer MM900HDS 200 Watt, Silver directly from the Amazon.com website on 2/22 and received it on the 25th.
SERIAL NUMBER KPBL0019083033 / MM900HDS000153.
I have been using it since I arrived at my home in São Paulo, and I was very satisfied.
But in May 2020, I noticed something strange when the bagasse came out of the device: I realized that the juicing screen rubber was suddently broken.
I've sent tree e-mails to Omega since then with my invoice and some pictures. The only answer I've received until today was an automatic response.
Omega Juicers kindly provided return shipping for the juicer, and I did finally receive my refund.
I imagine they are working very short staffed during the pandemic.
